We’re less than two weeks until the start of our first NAASF Ski Week of the season. January 5-10, 2025 at Big Sky, MT
Hopefully, you’ve already booked your lodging, reserved you shuttle, purchased lift tickets or reserved days on your Ikon pass for this event. If you haven’t, there’s still time. Just go to our website to find all of the details.
Please be sure to click on the link which takes you to the NAASF website and register and pay the applicable amount. Remember…there’s a deadline to register for Ski Weeks now. And, that deadline is just one week away…December 29th.
Big Sky is a massive resort! 36 of their 39 lifts are already open. Over 4,600 acres and 230 trails are open to ski and ride.
Have you been to Big Sky before? I have never been. So, I could use some help in finding a location for our Team Dinner. Do you know of a place? Let me know, I’ll give them a call. I expect our group total from SWA to be near 40. With all airlines, we’ll likely surpass 300 total attendees.
It’s sure to be a great start to another equally great season. If you’re new to our group and totally lost in the details, no worries. We got you! Just reply to this email with any questions.
In other news…
Right on the heels of the Big Sky Ski Week is our always popular “No-Brainer” mini Ski Week. (January 21-23 at Brighton, UT.) As with all of our events, you can find more info on our website. Check it often for new info.
Niseko, Japan, March 9-14
The 64th World Airlines Ski Championships! One of the “must attend” events of the season!
We received an email from the Niseko recently. They are asking for our patience and forgiveness in the delays we’re seeing in their registration process. Nothing could be more chaotic than last year’s ordeal. One way to reduce delays in the process is to be sure that you are selecting the correct info from the drop-down menus for our Airline ID, the check-in date, and the length of your stay.
Additionally, we are asking you to choose the optional “All-You-Can-Meat” Feast BBQ on Monday, March 10th as this will be our Team Dinner. It’s a measly Y14,000 per person. I recommend not eating all day Monday, perhaps the later half of Sunday as well in order to get your money’s worth!
Feel free to register for Niseko at any time. You and your traveling companions will need to draw straws, or arm wrestle for the credit card points though. The Niseko LOC will only accept one form of payment for each registration. You’ll also find a new tab for reserving rental gear while in Niseko. So, there’s some new progress.
Thanks for reading! We’ll see you in Big Sky!
