I’ll go over a few important items that we’ve found. There are a few differences this year as opposed to previous WASC’s. Most of the process remains and looks the same as previous registration links.
1, In the statements at the top of the registration page, and copied again in bold just above, registration is available to a specified number of guests and is open until January 16th 2026. That specified number of guests is set at 900 persons as this is the maximum capacity of one of the venues used during the week.
2, We have block allotment of rooms at The Lebenberg Hotel. The rates for the Lebenberg are as follows, €144 ($169) double occupancy and €234 ($274) single occupancy. You are free to request to book yourself at any of the properties listed. Additionally, you may request a property not listed by messaging Eurotours directly. Also, arrivals prior to the start of the WASC are an option as are departures post WASC.
3, VERY IMPORTANT Below the registration link are the FAQ’s. The top one is for accommodations. It then has a “sub-link” We found this in the fine print of Accomodation WASC 2026 I’ll just type it in bold print to highlight its importance…(with corrected spelling)
Please consider the WASC Registration is only valid when you book accommodation through Eurotours. *Translation…you must book your lodging through Eurotours to be able to register for the WASC.
4, Transportation from MUC is available through Eurotours. I know from personal experience that travel from the Munich Hauptbahnoff to KItzbuhel is easy and inexpensive ….if you don’t wake up in time for your shuttle. But, I’ve also made it to the airport shuttle to the resort with no issues…once or twice before. Either option is possible. The airport shuttle is perfect for those arriving on the opening day of the WASC. Many of us have previously, and will most likely again enjoy a day or two in Munich. The train option from Munich Hbf makes this very easy.
5, Registration fee is €425 or $490 as of this typing. Seems expensive, but please be aware that these WASC’s are next level events. They are a big deal…They are the Winter Olympics for Airline Ski Teams… They are amazing and fun! You will be hooked by the opening night festivities… You will get your money’s worth! Ask anyone of us who have attended these events before. You will not regret paying this fee!
Included Services:
*Race Fee
*Welcome Party on Sunday, 22.03.2026 incl. Live Music
*Theme Party “One Hell of a Ride!” on Wednesday, 25.03.2026 incl. 3-course Buffet and Live Music
*Gala Dinner on Thursday, 26.03.2026 incl. 3-course dinner and Live Music
**Please consider that the registration is only valid with an accommodation booking via Eurotours.
The rest of the registration is fairly normal stuff. Notice that a “City Tax” will be collected at the properties. Make yourself aware of the cancellation policy. You can prebook your rental equipment. Lift tickets are already inexpensive. However, WASC registration gives you an additional 10% off. Your IKON pass will work perfectly.
There’s nonstop night life in Kitzbuhel, casinos, night clubs, lounges… Some of us still have an open tab at the Londoner from our last visit several years ago! Amazing restaurants everywhere! You can walk the entire town quite easily or free bus with your lift ticket.
The Wednesday night theme party is “One hell of a ride” which is in reference to a 2014 movie titled “Streif-One Hell Of A Ride” This movie is a documentary of the legendary and sometimes deadly Hahnenkamm Race in Kitzbuhel.
…We could get all technical about this and analyze the movie and pick one or two particular aspects from which to base our Team costume…or just go with the “Hell” part and dress like Devils and Satan or maybe “Hell’s Angels MC Club”? ..that’s a great opportunity to dress in tight leather,..what are your thoughts?
We’ll have plenty of time to make final plans. First things first…get registered! If you’re lost in this long process…here’s that link again…
As always, send me any questions.
